Return policy.

Wee Dainty holds a ‘No Refund’ policy except in cases of defective products.No exchange on 50 per cent off articles.

All claims on defective products approved by the company will be processed within 14 working days.

Once the claim is accepted, you will be allowed to select any other article of equal value from the website.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.

Wee Dainty does not offer a “Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items unless otherwise clearly mentioned on the product description page. 

Any items that have been worn, used, or altered will not be exchanged.

Tags and labels must be intact.

Colours may vary slightly in some products in terms of brightness and contrast according to screen resolution and settings. In such conditions, your request may not be entertained.

Summer stock will be exchanged only with summer items & and winter items only with winter stock.

Bedsheets that are customised or made to order can't be exchanged.
